sry dood, i cant live with u being mad at me plz forgive me dood

pubes, right click on my avatar pic and choose to save it.

it should give you options to save in gif (it's current format) or bmp (microsoft's proprietary format).

if you right click on tron's avatar pic, it should give you options to save in jpg (it's current format) or bmp (m$).

by default, you should get the option to save in the current file format. if you don't see the formats i listed for those two pics, try saving as "art" or whatever it says and tell me what the filename looks like.

i can save urs as gif but trons aavatar only lets me save as art or bmp...

and art and bmp just looks like a little white square with a windows sign on it... thing that sux w. that is that i cant open them in photoshop as art or bmp.. it gotts be gif or jpeg

I somehow think that has something to do with AOHELL. But I haven't used that junk in years so I can't tell you for sure.

In that time, have you loaded any new photo or art programs onto your computer?

If so, it could have changed the defaults on how you can save images.

If I remember correctly, ART files are created by AOL. If you use it, it's going to want to save pictures as its own file types. But there is no reason you shouldn't be able to open bitmaps in programs such as Photoshop (or MS Paint, even). Make sure the .BMP extension appears before trying to open it - otherwise, the programs will not know how to interpret the graphics.
