January 26, 200422 yr I wrote this for a site where I write my gossip columns. I want to share this with you here. Mir?s Gossip Week of January 26, 2004 Best and Worst Dressed of the 2004 Golden Globes January 25 was the night of the Golden Globes Awards. Your favorite stars all got together for this gala. The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King is the big winner by taking home four Golden Globes! But not only was America watching to see who the winners are. A lot of us wanted to see what people were wearing. Here is my take on the Best and Worst of the 2004 Golden Globes! Best Charlize Theron Charlize looks beautiful in a pastel yellow gown. It matches beautifully with her blonde locks. Christina Ricci Goth-queen, Christina, looks great in a simple black one strapped dress. Her hair looks gorgeous all picked up and split in the middle. Very elegant. I love it. Debra Messing Mommy-to-be, Messing, wore a black dress with a black coat. She looked amazing. She is definitely one of the top best-dressed ladies in my list. Jamie Lee Curtis Jamie Lee looked very elegant in a white top and a black long skirt. Her daughter, Annie, is wearing a cute black short dress and beautiful sandy tan shoes. What a lovely pair. Jennifer Anniston Jennifer looked ravishing in this simple black dress. It?s a bit too low cut for my taste, but Jennifer looks great in it. She really got away with this one. This dress is not meant for everyone. I love the small train in the back. Jessica Simpson & Nick Lachey These two lovebirds look perfect together anywhere they go. Jess is wearing a pretty white long gown. I am not too fond of that thing around her neck, but the rest of the dress is beautiful. Nick looks HOT! ?Nuff said. Jennifer Lopez Jenny looks beautiful in anything she wears. She?s wearing a gold goddess dress with gold hoop earrings and a very cute golden purse. Johnny Depp Johnny has been looking great lately. I love it when he wears these hats. Rawwrr! He?s got the 40?s gangster look going on. Man, he looks hot! Queen Latifah Queenie looks beautiful in this simple pink gown. Wow. Just wow. Stockard Channing Rizzo looks beautiful in this navy blue suit and gold pointy heels. Stockard looks great even after her Grease days. Very nice. Worst Calling the Fashion Police! Here are the ridiculous few of the night. Nicole is wearing a tacky shiny gold dress with a white see-thru material. She has a gold headband on her head. Her shoes have got to go. Her back was all hanging out. She looked horrible! I don?t like the color for that dress, plus I am not a big fan of ruffles. Renee Zellweger http://img2.photobucket.com/albums/v11/pudgeonline/goldenglobes/reneezellweger.jpg Yuck. This dress is just so damn ugly, I have nothing else to say about it. Funny how she thinks she looks so beautiful. That thing on her head is going to make me want to puke. Girl, please, just disappear.
January 26, 200422 yr Great Column PM81! :thumbup I have to say that I'm surprised at how bad Nicole Kidman dressed for this ocassion... She is usually one, if not the best, dressed in the red carpet.
