The icons such as ( Hot topic, No New Posts, New Posts ) and also the post icons and the site banner are not displayed they have those little red x's next to them.

 

But when I click to go into a particular thread and than exit the thread the problem is gone.

 

any Idea on how to fix this?

Hmm, that's odd.

 

Do the following:

 

1)Tools --> Internet Options --> Delete Files (check the delete all offline content box)

2)While in there, clear your history as well

3)Close Browser

4)Open Browser and come back to the site

 

If the problem persists after doing this, let me know.

This just happened to me about 2 minutes ago.
