Where did you read about the county trying to settle the Miami Beach claim? Just curious. A resolution/compromise on that is much better than litigation and may remove the hammer of the deadline.

I remember you mentioned something about some secret site being considered outside of the City of Miami. Is there a possiblity that we may get surprised on a new site on Dade county by 3/15?
