I give it a B it could have been higher but I understand with money they can spend on draft picks. They had to take some questionable picks to sign those higher value picks. People believe me this was a very good draft for the fish. The best they had in awhile.

Let me start by saying I was a little disappointed with the first pick. It had nothing to do with the player they selected but more about who they did not take. Now that the draft is over I see what they were doing and let me say this I like it I like it a lot. They address a lot of needs and that's what you want coming out of a draft. I personal think this is the best overall they had since the josh johnson draft. Alot good value late in the draft.Yes its been a while now lets see if they can sign this kids.

As of 1230 pm eastern time the Marlins selection will be Carlos Rodon tonight.

With the move today its obvious they are getting ready to draft a player at the top that will command a little more money:mischief2

Jackson over Rodon is money driven but Houston is also making the same decision. Boras is leading this train.
