If JP was more patient or selective or whatever you want to call it he would walk more often which would increase his OBP and his job is to get on base.

I think DiFelice will be the back-up catcher.? If they continue the Willingham as a catcher experiment (which they shouldn't) they will keep him in the minors so he can learn the position.? One more thing... Jack must ensure our pitchers pay attention to the baserunners. Last year baserunners were ignored and we paid the price.

A healthy Encarnacion is one of teh worst hitting RFs in MLB and now he's coming off shoulder surgery. I'm sure if Beinfest could trade him he would trade him for a pepsi and a bag of doritos.
