Divine intervention
Did anyone elses Pax go black last night at about the end of the 7th. This divine intervention 'prevented' me and my pops from catching the end of what probably would have given us both chest pain, but im still pissed. This isnt the first time this has happened with stupid pax. Also, did anyone else enjoy minnie way more than Walz on last nights broadcast?

BBTN Marlins Talk
the opinions of many of the national reporters are questionable at best compared to everyday fans like ourselves, considering we watch the intricacies of every single play day in and day out, whilst they may only catch a few national games and read the box scores. They may only form their opinions based on stats for a given night, such as the stat which says the marlins have the most 5 run innings by far in the league. This stat is dissillusioning especially when you consider they are at the bottom of the league in runs scored, which means that the rest of the time they are probably scoring little runs. I wouldnt trust the opinions of these guys, and one must consider there might be other motivations behind their predictions. Take for example the comment about Luis getting back into his groove. Everyday fans like us know that Luis, despite being injured, never really lost his groove , but more importantly, thse guys probably look at easley's batting average unfavorably, but ALL of us know how valuable he has been since Luis injury, and even added clutch power to the lineup.

Easly must stay in
This guy is hitting around 240 but its a very strong 240 compared to somone like Delgado who is hitting a weak 310. WHat will happen when Castillo comes back. Easly has been nothing but clutch and has been instrumental in several wins lately, but Louis was also hitting well when he got injured, So what do to? Decisions....

Fire Jack
Without going into any explanations into my opinions or anything which may "wetten" all of the english teachers around here i will pose my question. Has anyone ELSE around here thought, on more than one occasion, that Mckeon needs to be fired.

Marlins vs Dodgers---10:10 at Chavez Revine
I want to see Lowell play tonight because as lame as the marlins have been at the plate lately the anticipatory excitement of waiting for him to break out has at least some degree of entertainment value.
-
Is it time?
Lowell has been slumping since last years all star break.

Walz is inappropriate
Dont worry, just like my inaugural thread everyone will be riding my bandwagon by tonight.hhaha Just playing, you guys are fun, and help prevent me from calling up Boog and giving him my rant, so thanks for saving me a lot more embarassement.

Walz is inappropriate
Ok we all know this guy is horrible, but the things he says soemtimes are outright deplorable. I first noticed his asininne comments when Dontrell was pinch hitting a few days ago, and Walz exclaims, "Guess whos coming to dinner." Correct me if im wrong but isnt this the title of an old movie where a white girl brings home black guy much to teh chagrin of her father, Then today, amidst his 4 hour soliliquoy on the beauty of sandiego and his cmplete detachment from the game he has the balls to insinuate that we(the viewers) are so accustomed to seeing double plays that ity might be a surpise to see a weaker double play combination in another tandem. Then he guarantees that Miguel Cabrera will finish ahead of Barmes in Batting average by the end of the season, and then he implies that its a freaking surprise that an average picther like lawrence is picthign so welll against the marlins lineup. Ok , so maybe im looking to far into this subconscious racism of walz commenets towards Dontrell, but for a guy seeming to be so detached from the marlins game play eg. ( he babbles abotu sandiego and its inhabitants rather than noting how the marlins are struggling at the plate, these passionate comments he makes about the inadequacies of the other teams' players seem to have a great deal of audacity.

This is getting rediculous
my main complete was really against Mckeon for leaving him in there, but i guess no one agreed with me that a few games on the bench might be refershing. I mean , judging from that one at bat where they intentionally walked Conine to pith to lowell, one could assume that nice swing for a double he had came due to his ability to channel and focus his psychology from some sort of hitting funk towards only anger. That swing that he had was the best hes had all year. Benching him might let him work these negative energies out or might give him this anger he needs to get through it.

Ill give up my gripe in hopes that im the crazy here and that the rest of you are the sane ones.

This is getting rediculous
Its one of those things where it doesnt feel like they win at all.....and when is the point where someone never comes around, like they dont have it anymore. His flyouts dont even go to the warning track anymore :o :thumbdown , roids?

Mckeon needs to get the peaNUTS out of his mouth and bench Lowell. This guy is way below the mendoza line and is absolutely killing the fish. He looks dejected before he even sees any pitches at the plate. This guy used to be my favorite player, but it is obvious he doesnt have it right now. He needs to sit a few games so he can refresh. He leads the majors in flyouts by like 15 and it seems like he grounds into double plays whenever a run is pertinent. Just look at his face when he is batting he looks depressed. His emotions rub off onto the rest of the team and the team(besides Dontrell) seems to have no emotion whatsoever. One cant help but feel bad for entire pitching staff as they get no support. I wonder what the marlins batting averages are against starting pitchers because it seems they can only muster runs when they inevitably get to the opposition's pen. I may be preaching to the choir over here , or this may be an uncalled for flame, but this year has been very unsatisfying from entertainment p.o.v and the team lack all emotion. That 9th inning with loduca(whom always givges a good at bat) and lowell and the automatic out gonzo was probably the easiest save of trevor hoffman's career. Where is the competition? I had to get this off my chest and im sure alot of people agree.
