A question about Kris Harvey
I'm Pullin' for the Kid ! (Harvey) but he gets an extremely late jump on the balls hit to the outfield. He seems to be turning possible outs into base hits for the opposing team. It looks like he would be a better infielder. He does have a good arm and can run but does need a better eye at the plate. He still has a lot to prove if he wants to move quick through the system. Carolina, I doubt it this year. Maybe next year but thats pretty optimistic.

Aaron Thompson
One pretty good way I find information on a player is to use Google. If you format your search correctly, you can find any newspaper, or magazine article pretty fast. One of the best ways to search is to put the players name in quotation marks and add a buzz word like Marlins or Baseball etc... example : "Kris Harvey" Marlins or "Kris Harvey" baseball. It usually provides alot of reading and comes up with some obscure web sites and stories. Good Luck, Hope this helps.

Aaron Thompson
How about a Legit answer.....I followed mostly HS Players this year, but there is no shortage of reading on the subject. Most Baseball people have Thompson rated as a #1 or #2 Starter in the Bigs. His is a big projectable Lefty with a 90+ fastball and several other pitches to go with it. His has plus control and deception and scores off the charts in the "Make up"area. ( He is a respectful, polite, hard working kid ). I followed him and others this season and finally got to see him pitch during post season " Mini-camp". When I saw him pitch in person, thats when he really moved up on my list. The Volstad kid had a Great year and is a fine kid too! 6'7'' talk about mound presence. Tucker throws Gas, just needs to work on his secondary pitches. West & Winters have good stuff but seem to need a little more experience. Baseball America has the Marlins prospects ranked and rated at www.baseballamerica.com. You can find out what they think of Volstad, Thompson, & others on the website. The Braves got HS Lefty, Bo Jones. Looks like he had himself a pretty good year too! I hope this helps.

Jammers Jammin'
Looks like the Jammers are trying to turn things around. They have won their last 5 out of seven games against the MV Scrappers and Auburn Doubledays who are the top two teams in the division. The addition of Tucker and West should help the pitching staff. Nice Job Guys.....Keep it Up ! :thumbup
