Suppan to the Sox? 1510 AM in Boston is reporting that Jeff Suppan and Brandon Lyon will be traded to the Red Sox for Freddy Sanchez. The Red Sox would be taking back Lyon, whom the Pirates say is injured, and getting a starter to replace Ramiro Mendoza in the rotation. Sanchez would probably be brought up to the majors by the Pirates and made the regular second baseman Th this is all correct. I think getting Lyon back is a smart move, if he he's healthy. An and they need Suppan to try and take the division from New York.

I believe the Marlins will probably make two trades before the deadline, to both bulster the bullpen and th the bench.

I personally think th tha that Dontrelle deserves to get a glance fo for Cy Young.

I I think tha that the Marlins really need to get rid of Vlad Nunez. I believe the Yankees would be interested in buying hi his contract from Florida. But th they might be reluctant to trade him, because they feel that he might be able t to come up an and perform later on, and help the bullpen.
