  1. This is bullshit. "the call on the field is foul"? What the fuck? This is what happened. Buck went and bitched and they gave him what he wanted quietly. Skip asks wtf is going on, you cant overturn a call without a review. They go to the review and they can't figure it out, so the MOTHERFUCKER goes out and says "the call on the field is foul". That's not a fucking call. It's either confirmed, overturned, or it stands. The ORIGINAL call. This should've been a home run.
  2. This is annoying. It feels like August, not September. They can't just go back to this....
  3. He should've struck out. He's a GIDP machine.
  4. Wendle fucking sucks dickhole
  5. Wanna know how I know you don't speak Spanish?
  6. He's getting tired
  7. Lol gordo de mierda comiendo pinga
  8. This is very good
  9. Braves are overrated
  10. I remember Mish posting on Twitter that he would be shocked if the Cubs don't go through that similar stretch of game and be in a significantly better position (they had it much easier). He predicted it would be Phillies, Cubs, Giants. He's probably going to be wrong. We fucking killed it
  11. Also Cincinnati will be important these next three games. Their schedule gets very very easy after this last series against the Twins. A sweep may bury them. Anything but that and that probably stick around
  12. But yeah, a sweep of the Mets here puts us squarely in the driver's seat
  13. I think 8-4 gets this done. 7-5 may as well. The Cubs fucking up really opened up a lot of opportunities. I think they'll fade, as SF will continue to as well.
  14. I was thinking the same thing. These are trap series. We think the hard part is done and hit a brick wall. A blowout would be great to dispel this
  15. Good for them. Very well run organization. The fans just don't show up. I'm optimistic that Miami fans will treat the Marlins better if they ever have such a prolonged period of success
  16. Yes but we have one more game to play, meaning one more opportunity for a loss as well. Also the probability of us winning each game this season would be less likely than it would if we didn't have one more game to play, so all else equal we are not in a better position
  17. You keep saying this but it doesn't make sense to me. We are in the third spot right now because our record is worse than Arizona's. Losses are not the only thing that counts. It's your record at the end of the season. We have one more game to play than they do. Which means we need to win that extra game to be tied with them (and win through the tiebreaker). It's not a given that this will happen.
  18. The Giants almost gave up a massive lead to get swept by the Rockies. Need them to be in tip top shape to play the Diamondbacks next
  19. One game means so much right now. I try not to think about it. It'll sting if we finish .5 games out
  20. Three wins against the Braves in Loan deeeee pot paaaark
  21. The thing is, if Arizona loses they're half a game back. So it creates more space. If the Cubs lose then we share #3 and the Dbacks move into #2
  22. I think I want the Cubs to win. They have the tougher schedule going forward
  23. WRONG TOPIC FOR THIS Can someone check the timestamps? I think 3 of us may have posted about this at the same time
  24. Wrong topic for that BRO
  25. Who are we rooting for today?
