NOTtheILMarlins

Was hoping for more of a special season so far and outside of May this team has been dog sh*t... No surprise with Ozzie - read an article on yahoo the other day where 100 baseball players were surveyed and Ozzie won the "Least Respected Manager" Award by a landslide And he no longer even commands respect anymore he is just ho-hum, time to walk away.

Will Ozzie ever do anything to fire up this team? This team just doesnt respond to him at all. Ever since the Castro incident, I think he's been scared sensitive. I haven't heard Ozzie rant once how the team just flat out sux. An exaggeration possibly, but a more fiery Ozzie might have went that route just for the sake of lighting a fire. It sucks what happened at the beginning of the year, he is so boring on the bench, he has no emotion anymore no passion.

Team is so bad it doesn't even matter who's coaching anymore. I think that actually might be the case anyway. It probably isn't the case. They are 1 game over .500.

Exactly, which is why we can live with a lower OPS. More walks more SB's. Not a problem, it's absurd that his name was brought up. Comparing Emilio Bonifacio's OPS to a guy who hits for power might leave you with an unfair view of their relative worth, since power is weighted more highly than OBP in OPS. I absolutely agree with this point. Thanks, and because no one else on this board would put Bonifacio with what Buck, Gaby and LoMo have not done this season it was an unfair conjunction. Why is that so hard to understand? Just because you have explained what you were trying to prove doesn't make what you have said any less absurd. Bonifacio has been a valuable part of this team this year and if not for him we would probably be in a lot deeper hole, regardless of what his OPS numbers are this year. He's still getting on base and scoring runs like someone has already said, I think we can live with his OPS being lower.

Good day folks, I've watched enough garbage.

What a wasted day.

Cobb is so good.

Team is so bad it doesn't even matter who's coaching anymore. I think that actually might be the case anyway.

Missed call, game over.

Come on Ozzie. Get thrown out just for the heck of it. No emotion, he sucks.

How bad would this team be without Jose Reyes?

He was out terrible call.

Cobb has only thrown 80 pitches.

We will be no hit this year just a matter of time.

LOL the Rays broadcast just called him "Hanley Rodriguez"

I wonder how the players feel knowing they aren't going to score runs game in and game out.

Makes the team really really crappy to bunt a ball foul when your trying to get on base, at least bunt it fair.

Matsui belongs on our team grounding into a double play with a 3-0 count thats such a Marlins move.

The bad thing is I don't see things getting better before they get worse, the offense is not going to solve itself for the fact of solving itself. it comes down to the talent level not really being as high as everyone who overrated all our prospects in years past thought it would be.

Ozzie will be fired by the end of the season the way things are going, May was our world series this team really has no bats. 1 hit against Cobb? we make every single pitcher look absolutely amazingly fantastic.

Cobb is so good.

As bad as he's been he's only give up one run which just shows me he is one of the best pitchers in the league (which he is) when he is on.

Johnson has gained weight and it's hurting his ability to field, go back to the gym bro.

Johnson sucks today take him out.

Hanley Ramirez infuriates me, with his lack of production, considering his talent.
