I think you are seriously mistaken by your photos. They prove nothing. Your body grows when you get older. An example are old fat ladies' butts which were small when young. The hips in those older ladies have grown tremendously. My feet went from size 8 1/2 to 10 while I'm middle aged.

I agree Babe, though I'm not sure I'd say he was THE greatest player ever, is better than Bonds, solely on the fact that the man was a Goliath among a league of Davids. He did things no one ever DREAMED could happen.

 

However, someone (forgot who) was arguing about Bonds's image. That's not something to compare Bonds with Ruth about. Ruth had an image (and this stuff was proven, while it has yet to be proven that Bonds pops pills) that had Ruth as a womanizer who drank excessively. There was (and still is) a rumor that he was part black, and took a lot of crap for that as well. As much as I hate Bonds, and think he and other roid poppers are ruining the game, don't compare Ruth's image to Bonds's.

 

Other than that, Ruth pwn3d Bonds.

Ruth's womanizing has become generally accepted, his drinking and eating binges are part of his aura.

 

MY favorite stories about ruth are how he would be drunk or have a hang over, then guzzle down 10 beers and 20 hot dogs between innings and then hit homers on command, jsut so he wouldn't have to run. So Ruth's foibles actually are positive for some reason.

 

No one eats like a pig, comes to games drunk or drinks during them...besides David Wells.

2) the after pictures are ALOT closer zoomed in than the before pictures thus making it appear bigger

A great example of this is the size of cliff floyd's head is the same even though he gained more than 40 pounds. 3. If the eye is the same size and the skull isn't, the skull without doubt has grown.

Again, cliff floyd's head looks "fat" but it's not bigger. bonds' head is most definitely larger and he most definitely abused HGH.

Why was Mays career OPS so much lower than Ruth? Oh yeah, he wasn't as good.

 

Williams is the only guy I would say hit better than ruth, because he did get all messed up in military service and he has a better OBP. However, Ruth also pitched and has a higher career OPS+. So it's a tossup between ruth and williams. NOT MAYS.

First of all, the head thing is stupid. It's not done in person, it's a simple "guesstimate" from two pictures, there are a lot of variables ont accounted for. Think about this before you condemn Barry Bonds as being a cheater and discrediting everything he did:

His facial expressions in those pictures are about the same and his eye is exactly matched up, meaning the proportions that are represented are 100% true. bonds is definitely juicing.

Steroids are not overrated. They turned Ken Caminit into a MVP, Giambi into a MVP, Sheffield into a 2003 Sheffield, Clemens as one of the greatest ever, and Bonds the best hitter who has ever walked the earth. Steroids are underrated.
