Rune
Ok, I don't care what you say everyone has a favorite love movie. No matter if it's a sick and twisted one or something corny. For mine, I have to go with my boy John Cusack and High Fidelity. This movie is a romantic comedy but don't expect Mrs. Chris Robinson to be in. It stars Cusack and Jack Black along with Joan Cusack, Lisa Bonet and an appearance by Katherin Zeta Jones. This movie is easily the most relatable movie for me, it deals with depression, rejection, searches for what went wrong and what's wrong with you and also the ups and downs of being single. This movie, features an awesome soundtrack to boot. You can go from great conversations about music or moments of comic genius, to some of the most depressing topics. Is and was a great movie... What's yours?

Buckeye
Punch Drunk Love, easily high in the rankings for one of my all time favorite movies. Plus, I relate to Barry Egan on some levels. Great performances, great casting, awesome direction.

MizzezBeckett21
Well most wouldn't say "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" is a love movie, but in a way it is. And I always cry at the end when Lee Mu Bai is dying and he tells Michelle Yeoh (I don't remember her characters name) how much he really loves her... It's so sad because throughout the movie you know that they really care for each other, but they couldn't be together because she was his brothers wife and he died a long time ago. Billy Goat
The Passion of the Christ. The best love movie ever.
Buckeye
The Passion of the Christ. The best love movie ever. That's it, you done ruint (ed) the thread! And I think this was the "between a man and a woman" kinda' love. Not "between the son of God and mankind" kinda' love. Sighs.
Lcyberlina
Punch Drunk Love, easily high in the rankings for one of my all time favorite movies. Plus, I relate to Barry Egan on some levels. Great performances, great casting, awesome direction. Punch Drunk Love was awesome and a very surprising performance by Adam Sandler... But it is not a love movie. I would classify it as a psychological drama. My favorite Love movie of all time is (very teary eyed) "Sense and Sensibility"... This one rules all. Buckeye
Punch Drunk Love, easily high in the rankings for one of my all time favorite movies.? Plus, I relate to Barry Egan on some levels.? I would classify it as a psychological drama. My favorite Love movie of all time is (very teary eyed) "Sense and Sensibility"... This one rules all. WHAT!? The main story of Punch Drunk Love is Barry Egan overcoming his own problems to allow himself to fall in love with Lena! You're telling me it's not a romance? What movie did you watch? Let's see, what part of the dude buying enough pudding so he could fly to Hawaii to be with the woman he loves did you not find romantic? What about when he goes crazy after his woman's life has been put in danger and he tears the brothers a new a**hole? It's not a conventiaonal love story, no, but it's there. I would say it's more romantic than High Fidelity, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and Passion of the Christ combined. Since my first choice was deemed "not a love story" (Punch Drunk LOVE) I'm going to have to go with my SECOND favorite love story... Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I mean, Leatherface loves to eat human meat so much... (starts to cry) It's just... I MEAN GOD! It's just depressing. And Leatherface is just so sexy, too. Sex Machine! You think is romantic... Why not??? Sure, maybe you're right, but to me the central theme of the movie was his psychological state... That's all. Buckeye
Maybe is your way of communicating... You come on as being pissed. Well, I'm not so... Titanic should be on this list more than ever. Think about it? Titanic was a movie billed as a historical drama, but what we got was a cheesy romance and Billy Zane running around in a bad wig shooting a million bullets that never quite seem to hit their intended targets. It's Love Affair meets Predator. And a nod to James Cameron for exploiting the tragedy was that was the Titanic for his three hour mockumentary. QuickGold
I don't think Passion is a love movie anyway... I know Titanic is a good movie but I still don't like it very much....maybe because every female this side of North Atlantic icebergs obsessed over it for too long.
