MLB.Com vs. Extra Innings

Featured Replies

I'm trying to determine what is a better value, Extra Innings on cable or MLB.tv. Specifically, which is cheaper, how is quality of mlb.tv and what's your choice?

MLB.tv can get kind of choppy from time to time but overall it's pretty good. Great sound quality and all, I just prefer watching a game on TV rather than the comp. I've got extra innings this year and I'm buying a new couch next weekend.

That's what I was thinking too but with MLB.tv I can watch a game at work or when I'm not at home.

Dish Network has started testing new channels for MLB Extra Innings, just thought y'all should know. They also are going to add PAX 35 to the Miami locals and PAX 67 to the Palm Beach locals.

Now if I could just get those 55 PAX games somehow here in Fort Myers.

I had Extra Innings last year and I'm getting again this year, it's awesome. Well, except for when the Marlins play Pittsburgh, because the Pirates are blacked out in Columbus for some reason. I saw more Marlins games last year than I saw in the first 10 seasons combined, easily.

I bought gameday audio because.......I'm cheap :D Plus I want to see how many games I actually listen to before investing in something more expensive.
