Good luck to the Marlins!

As the Cub fan who peeked my head here during the NLCS, I wanted to wish you guys a good year and apologize if I was a bit sore last year. I still fear the Fish, even though they've downsized a bit, and know they deserved the championship even if I bitterly rooted for the Yankees. I'd rather the Cubs not face them this year also.

I was disappointed about losing Choi and think he's going to have a good year for you. I really hope he doesn't become the next Dontrelle Willis, but I have a hard time rooting against the guy. Good luck.

Thanks man....You guys got yourself a good one in Derrek Lee too. I think Wrigley Field will be very nice to him.

Thanks for the good luck and I wish you the best of luck with DLee. He's got a hell of a glove there.

So I hear. I'm actually surprised by the thread trashing Choi's D. He was quite good for the Cubs, and he's thought to be a steady glove at first.

Like I made reference to there, I think we are mostly spoiled by DLee. It'll take a while to get used to Choi, but I think he'll do very well here in this park and in this lineup.

Watch the entire country jump on Beinfest as DLee will hit 40 hrs next year. A ballpark can do wonders. Ask Preston Wilson.

I dont remember the country jumping on him last year

and as much as Wrigley can help, it can also hurt

It's tough for me to accept a good luck from a cubs fan. the experience i went through at PPS during the NLCS was horrible you guys (maybe not you directly, but cub fans in general) are rude as hell. :mischief

to be honest, when i was at game 1 in Chitown the fans were great to me

and I had on my Burnett jersey too

I concur, I'm mean to the mean ones and nice to the nice ones. This is a nice one, therefore I am nice.

Good to see a Cub fan with some class.

You can post around here any time Mr. Ramirez. Oh, and the player for which you are named is going to light it up for 30 homers this year, book it.
