work a count p-nut!

Carlos Beltran has hit his fourth homer today but it was a solo shot.....ChiSox up 3-1 early in the bottom of the second

Juanpy sees ten pitches, the tenth getting him to groundout to Vidro

4-3 goes the out

so Juan Pierre leads off the game vs Zach Day for the Marlins.....

behind 1-2 early here..... good battle here.... now its full....

well he grounds out to Vidro but a great 10 pitch AB

P-Nut

grounds out to 2nd

Vidro sees ten pitches, the tenth getting him to groundout to Vidro

hehehhehe

That AB will set the tone...zach in for along day.

:marlins

Vidro is so good he catches his own grounders?

Vidro sees ten pitches, the tenth getting him to groundout to Vidro

hehehhehe *fixes*

3-2 pitch hit by Luiy to Cabrera, out at first

6-3 this time, Orlando doesn't catch his own grounders

Luis Castillo is the batter now....

ahead 3-1.... and now its full after another foul off.... grounds out to SS

another good at bat though, 8 pitches..... 2 outs though

Making him work.

Two good at bats to start game, making him work in the first inning is always a plus. WIll help in the 4th and 5th innings

That pitch to make the count 1-2 was Day's 21st pitch

2-2 count, Miggy's giving him una batalla

Full count now

Single up the middle, hit streak extended by Cabs

he is gonna have a loooong Day...

:shifty

Miguel Cabrera is the batter now with the bases empty, 2 outs.....

behind 1-2..... now the count is full.... after 9 pitches he rips a single up the middle

GREAT PATIENCE BY THE MARLINS so far

Hey, this Cabrera guy can play a little.

Make that two good at bats and an excellent at bat

Way to continue the hitting streak.

Lowell chops it to short, flip to second

Inning over on the Fielder's Choice, 6-4
