I'll second that notion...just think...we Chicago White Sox fans are still fighting to "debunk the myths" about the Cubs here.

 

You Marlins fans are a HUGE reason why your team won last year. There are still people joking about how few people attended games last year. I told them...since when does attendance determine who wins a championship?

 

Keep the faith, Miami!!!! Hopefully your new stadium will come soon with as little red tape as possible. Speaking of stadiums, what do you think about ours? U.S. Cellular Field has gone through a huge renovation...and it's still not done yet. All the renovations to our ballpark will be done before the 2005 season.

I didn't hate Derek Lee. I loved Derek Lee. Wore my old number, played great defense. But I honestly believe Choi is better with the bat right now, and will be better overall by the beginning of next year. Some don't agree with me, that is fine. But the results so far are on the table.

 

I have respect for every Marlin ever to put on the uniform except Pudge and Gary, for leaving on bad terms. The rest I wish them the best of luck if they are still playing. I hope DLee has an awesome year, even though I hate the Cubs.

Haven't gotten the chance to visit the cell yet, but if I ever go to Chicago you better believe that is one of the places I'm going. Maybe if I know in advance I'll drop by Wrigley with a Marlins jersey that says Bartman on the back.

I am planning a road trip to the mid-west this summer and will get a look at your renovated field.
