A good amount of Broward and PB citizens act like Miami is a ghetto s*it hole

As an Orange County resident, I agree with this statement... You compare Miami to O-Town and all you see is a ghetto s*it hole...

(My apologies to all Miami-Dade residents) Yeah, because the Orange Blossom Trail is such a beautiful area to walk at night with your kid! And that area near the Orlando Arena (or whatever the hell it's called right now) is such a wealthy enclave! I'll prefer Coconut Grove, Buena Vista, Morningside Heights, The Roads, and Brickell over ANYTHING that there is in Orlando. C'mon, that is the most idiotic statement I've heard since playattheKKKplate started this whole diatribe.

Didn't you ever take Sociology?

It's not your fault you're scared! And it's perfectly normal to be scared! Yes the house my mom grew up in is soooo beautiful now! Oh it's gorgous! Just as nice as it was down there in the '50s! I think everyone's moving back there!

You ought to see it...I mean I hope we hear from you again, after your trip... but it's quite nice...I think Mike Redmond lives there! Little Haiti!!

That's my favorite. Why are you scared? Is it because you perceive that a neighborhood that isn't 100% white must be crime riddled. You claim a high educated road by saying, "Didn't you ever take Sociology?" Okay, "Einstein" come at me with the facts, give me crime statistics for Little Haiti and I'll compare them to Fort Lauderdale, and I'll show you that your point is without merit.

As for "my little trip," the Miami Design District, which is located just south of Little Haiti is one of the up and coming areas for young urban professionals, but then again, based on your comments, you could never aspire to be one!

You've come on here and just blasted everyone that lives in Dade, everyone that isn't white, and everyone that disagrees with you. In the end, I'd rather go to a game at the new park (AND I LIVE IN PALM BEACH, not by choice, but because of my job!) and not have to sit next to some bigotted white redneck who rues the day he has to sit next to my Cuban ass! :nono

Sorry to bring you back to reality but...

Orlando >>>>>>>>>> Miami...

Amazing you mention OBT... all I've seen there is traffic... and shopping malls...
