May 21, 200422 yr They wont go after Bush and rumsfeld b/c they arent the ones that are guilty. Apparently the definition of war crimes has been misunderstood by those people. Stray bullets doesnt equal war crimes. Genocide and ethnic cleansing are war crimes. A soldier or unit cna be tried for war crimes but for a head of state to be charged it will only be in cases such as Rwanda, yugoslavia, etc.

And if that guy is signing an indictment from the Hague against US war crimes, as the website purports he is, then why is he signing a college-ruled notebook with handwriting in it?
