June 5, 200422 yr Let me start off by saying that a few years ago, I would have killed to take a trip like that. HOWEVER this is a cost greater than $30,000. For 85 years, the Titanic sat on the bottom of the North Atlantic, slowly decaying and left untouched. Since the time of its discovery, the decaying process and accelerated due to the picking around and constant turbulence made by those submersables around the ship. What was expect to last for another 20-30 years, maybe only be around for another 10 or less. I wanted a trip like this more than anyone, but not at the cost that my trip could result in the final collapse of that ship. :nono
