PBMarlin
Looks like the Marlins have the easiest inter-league schedule of NL East contenders. Average winning percentage of all opponents: Marlins - Indians, Tigers, White Sox, Rangers, Devil Rays - .468 Braves - Tigers, White Sox, Twins, Royals, Indians, Orioles - .487 Phillies - White Sox, Twins, Tigers, Royals, Red Sox, Orioles - .498 Mets - Twins, Royals, Indians, Tigers, Yankees - .513 Not only do we have the easiest opponents, but we also have the better ones (White Sox, Rangers) at home. If all goes as expected, we would pick up 2 or 3 games against the Phillies and Braves, and 3 or 4 on the Mets.
bman8316
I really think they should think of a way to make this fair. Like have everyone in the NL East play the AL Central and then play just 3 against your "rivals". But it works out in our favor this year so I'm not going to complain. CapeFish
Coming into today's game, the Marlins had the same road and home record, so home vs. away doesn't seem to be a factor for this team which is excellent for winning.

They are common opponents for the most part. But the Mets will have two series with the Yankees, and we will have two with the Devil Rays....supposedly to get a rivalry going. CapeFish
The Devil Rays should be a some games gained....I expect wins against those dome dwellers! I will try and go to at least one game in Tampa.
FishFanPR
The mets are going to get their asses kicked by the Yankees, and the Twins and Boston should make some damage on Atl and Phil.
PBMarlin
We'll have Beckett back for the White Sox series....the starting rotation will be at full strength for the first time this year! It will be great knowing we are going into every game with a good chance to win. Now, if we can find a way to add a couple of good arms to the BP, our pitching will be tough throughout.
