June 24, 200422 yr Basically it either means Da Bulls get Luke Jackson or Al Harrington in exchange for this pick and either way I'm happy, Jackson could be a steal and Harrington can play as a starter IMO. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/draft2004/co...tory?id=1827142
June 24, 200422 yr im not to sure how I feel about this trade yet... ill know how i feel after the draft tomorrow
June 24, 200422 yr If they dont get Luol Deng, Andre Iguodala, Luke Jackson, Devin Harris, or Josh Childress with these two picks it will be a bust.
June 24, 200422 yr Author If they dont get Luol Deng, Andre Iguodala, Luke Jackson, Devin Harris, or Josh Childress with these two picks it will be a bust. I'd like Ben Gordon which could happen at #7, nbadraft.net compares him to Dumars. I wouldn't go that far but I think he could be The Caron of The 2004 draft, his stock sliped but I don't doubt his skills.
June 24, 200422 yr Id rather get tow top level lottery draftees than a guy who has been aroudn the league and wont wanna play for the bulls after being on a good team like the pacers.
June 24, 200422 yr that doesnt make any sense he wants to start id much rather have harrington than luke jackson
June 24, 200422 yr i dont remember the exact trade rumor but i just saw on nbc 6 a rumor that would bring chandler to miami. did anyone else here in miami see it? what was the exact rumor? van gundy said it was the first time he had heard about it.
June 24, 200422 yr Sounds like my bulls are trying to trade the 7th pick for harrington Yep, that's the big rumor. I hope it happens, raises the chances of Ben Gordon donning the purple of the Dinos. :thumbup
June 24, 200422 yr Author i dont remember the exact trade rumor but i just saw on nbc 6 a rumor that would bring chandler to miami. did anyone else here in miami see it? what was the exact rumor? van gundy said it was the first time he had heard about it. If it happens, it's automatically a bad trade unless Chandler learns to grow up. He's lazy and seems to not give a damn. I pray Chandler is gone because I think Curry takes of with Chandler gone. I actually want Harrington, provides depth that the bulls desperatly need with question marks on how Curry will progress and how The Heinrich maneuver continues to grow. Then again, I'm defiantly not going to mind Jackson or Gordon. Here's another rumor that seems dead but I would love and it would involve The Bulls getting Dalembert who I Love and is being really hyped within the sixers fans but it would involve the third pick which is a no even if it means getting rid of Chandler.
June 24, 200422 yr Gordon really turns me off. We dont need a 6'4" guard we need versatile forwards like Deng, Iguodala, Jackson, and Childress. KEEP THE PICKS!
June 24, 200422 yr Author Gordon really turns me off. We dont need a 6'4" guard we need versatile forwards like Deng, Iguodala, Jackson, and Childress. KEEP THE PICKS! I want Deng for the first pick but I won't complain as long as Igoudala does not get by at either 3 or 7. I really want him. Deng and Iggy is my dream draft but I will be perfectly fine with Gordon, his workouts have been outstanding in terms of proving his versatility.
June 24, 200422 yr Deng and Childress is my dream other than Devin Harris at the 7, but that wont happen
June 24, 200422 yr Author My draft board for Chicago in terms of what's available 3rd: Deng, Iggy, Gordon 7th: Iggy, Gordon, Jackson, Trade for Harrington. I hope they can pull off a future draft pick or so for Tyson Chandler because I've given up all hope on him and like I said, I really believe the best medicine for Curry is Chandler's dismissal and give Skiles players that will work for him.
June 24, 200422 yr Author Deng and Childress is my dream other than Devin Harris at the 7, but that wont happen I like Harris but I'm not sure if he was a good player at Nevada that just took advantage of a good system. I'd let Harris pass to THe Sixers
June 24, 200422 yr Author Im talking about the point from wisconsin... Yeah, I knew that right after I posted :banghead . It seems he'd be gone anyway
June 25, 200422 yr Where are all the UNC players going? Thank god we don't lose any this year other than J.R. Smith who had committed.
June 25, 200422 yr J.R Smith is going to be an awful pro. I'm not so sure about that. He's got a huge vert and can shoot the ball. I wish he would have come to school and I think it would have been in his best interests. NBA people put to much emphasis on the High School All-Star games which mean absolutely nothing. I was hoping Marvin Williams wouldn't do well in the Mickey D's game and he didn't so I felt safe but then J.R. decided to go just on his performance in that game. Oh well.
June 25, 200422 yr I held out for SLiv to suck in the MDAA game, which he did, but it still didnt pull the wool from his eyes.
