The rivalry is too one sided to be considered the best IMO
July 2, 200422 yr Um, no. It isn't "East Coast Bias". It's the fact that Boston and New York have produced some of the greatest symbols and games against each other in history. They meet frequently to decide the pennant. None of the others do that.
