in only 1 of those innings did that hitter score (7th, castillo)

Terrible inning to end a game with. We could've- and should've won this one.

And it's not all his fault, but that's at least the third time a game has ended with Easley staring at a pitch. You have to swing the bat.

Running JP, who has been caught quite a bit this year, on Kendall, was a bad move.....and took us out of the inning, IMO. Otherwise we would have gotten to bases loaded, 1 out.

 

Poor coaching cost us the game tonight. Cox sending Cabrera who was dead at the plate, sending JP, mister unclutch Conine pinch hitting for Treanor....every move backfired. Jack has lost the magic this year.

I agree - except Conine. You cant expect pinch hitting to win games. Sorry. But you can expect it to extend innings. JP's steal took us out of the 9th and completely changed the game.

 

But I like the aggressiveness. We'll turn the corner.
