dangit Pudge...lets go Lowell baby!

Juan Pierre leads off the bottom of the 1st....ahead 3-0....takes ball 4, nope, it was a strike, JP didnt think so.....now it's a full count....hits the ball up the middle, 2nd baseman Terry Shumpert grabs it and throws to 1st, but JP beats it out for an infield single....

Luis Castillo...*Juan Pierre caught stealing 2nd, he would have made it easy, it looks like he pulled a muscle....but he walks off....Tommy thinks, that JP thought it was ball 4, it was really ball 3*....now Castillo walks

Pudge Rodriguez(1 for 1 vs Standridge).....w/Castillo on 1st, 1 out....rips one to left field bur Crawford makes the catch.....that ball was smoked

yah. I'm a big fan of Civil War history and Revolutionary War history...mostly just American History. I can get by taking 1 or 2 non-American History courses I've figured. I already took Western Civ...which isnt so bad...B- for the term....was lazy though...should have put more effort in there...but it was fall...and we all know what sport goes on in the fall!

American Rev War is my favorite period of American history...ever heard of Robert Leckie? He has written some very nice prose on the Rev War...

ahh, first K of the game. D-Willy ERA now down to 2.515!

made us look silly that inning.

Ive heard of him I believe...dont know any of his work though. Or if I do, I dont know its his lol

Juan Encarnacion leads off the bottom of the 2nd inning....flies out to Travis Lee in foul territory...

Derrek Lee....grounds out to SS....he hit that ball hard though

Jason Standridge leads off the top of the 3rd....full count....walks....that was ugly

Julio Lugo....full count again....strikes out swinging, now Jason Standridge starts to run to 2nd, WTF?, Pudge throws to Alex and he tags him for the unconventional DP.....wow

Damian Rolls...bases empty...2 outs...flies out to Cabs in LF

0-0

Dontrelle has thrown 48 pitches thru 3

Tough inning for D-Dub, but he showed enough poise to escape unscathed.Let's go CABS!!!!!

Dontrelle Willis....hits a comeback back to the mound, Standridge throws him out at 1st....that ball was hit hard
