August 22, 200422 yr Went to Ocean City Maryland today and because of TS Danielle or so I think, The waves were huge. It was a good day of body surfing and such and then all of a sudden boom get knocked back all the way to shore by a huge wave and it took my glasses with me. I get to squint till I get home on Tuesday, still a damn good time today.

OC has great mini golf which is why I really went in but the beach was just great today, was going to stay over but refused to pay 180 for a night in a motel. OC is defiantly a great place however for other aspects of the beach experience :hat *feels creepy for saying that*

August 22, 200422 yr On another note, Damn Charley for closing down Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach. Charley actually split upper Captiva in two. There are now 3 isles of Captiva.

August 22, 200422 yr Author So on the subject of the beach, who actually likes going? I used to hate the beach but today was just great and I hope to get out there before School. I can't sit though and just watch the water, I never got the great thing about it.

Captiva and Fort Myers Beach are more to my liking than Sanibel for swimming, but Sanibel is a nice place to swim anyways. I have a pool at home that I use for physical exercises.
