How do you like your steak?

Featured Replies

I have always been a fan of a medium Porterhouse. You get a bit of filet and a bit of strip. Also, the flavor is awesome because it's bone-in. If you want steak perfection, go to Charley's, Vito's, or Del Frisco's.

Filet Mignon, well done.

Filet mignon is the most overrated steak IMO. It's a nice cut of meat, but it doesn't have that delicious bone flavor that I like.

I like mine medium rare, and I like a lot of steaks...the one I like most is the rib eye steak.

No, just don't like red meat

I like a filet mignon cooked medium, wrapped in bacon.

Or a NY Strip or Delmonico medium, marinated all day (my dad, has a great marinade, and cooks em great).
