58,000 lost absentee ballots

Featured Replies

Well, since it doesn't seem to bother anyone else, why continue your pointless crusade? It might be courtesy, but it doesn't seem to be anything with common, since you are the only one who cares.

The latest news is that the supposed postal employees who were supposed to handle absentee ballots separate from the normal mail were: (1) Never trained and (2) never assigned. I don't know how much of this blame (if any) I'd want to place at Brenda Snipes' door when she was relying on the post office to do what it said it would do. However, therein lies the rub. I guess it's too much in Broward to suppose anyone does what they are supposed to do. In retrospect, I'm certain she wishes she had made herself a royal nag in following up with the post office.
