I put in for it twice and the person I talked to promised they'd get it to me. My dad never got one either and he put in for it a few times too. It is kinda disheartening and makes you wonder why you even try.

Second, you can take your grandmother to vote but can't stand in the booth with her, at least to my knowledge. I went early and the electronic stuff is easy as can be. You click who you want, if you click the wrong one you click until you get the one you want and it is highlighted. And at the end it lets you review the whole thing. If you are happy all you have to do is hit the vote button and thats it.

October 27, 200422 yr I had no problem with my absentee ballot, got it about 3 weeks ago and sent it in a while back. A couple people here I know have had some trouble with the North Carolina Absentee ballot Missing that many ballots is pretty damn ridiculous though
