I mean, Rice testified to the 9/11 Commission that the memo entitled "Al Qaeda Plans To Strike In U.S." wasn't a clear indication that they were a threat. Huh? Rumsfeld should have been let go after the Abu Ghraib incident. Somehow he escaped unscathed.

November 10, 200421 yr Gonzales is not an idealogue either. A lot of the Christian elements in the Republican Party did not want Bush to nominate him for the SCOTUS....so he probably isn't like Ashcroft in that way, although I admit I do not know where he stands on many issues.
