Kirk Ferentz is by far the best coach in the nation, that's all that needs to be said about their consistent success.

In the words of Ed Podalak... I love it I love it I love it! What a great game to be at! I rushed the field and was standing right next to Roth when some guys lifted him up. It was awesome!

 

Kirk Ferentz is god. Drew Tate is a magician. The Iowa fans were amazing. I can't beleive the year we had with all the injuries.. after getting beat down by Arizona State and then the next week losing to Michigan.. then to win 7 straight is just amazing. And it's a credit to this great coaching staff... Tubberville or whoever will probably win National COY but the job that Kirk Ferentz did this year is just unbelievable.

 

Matt Roth is such a beast.. but with all the attention that he gets, Jonathen Babineaux could very well be the BT Defensive Player of the Year. Two of the best DLineman in the country. Erasumus who?

 

I could go on and on.. such a great year.

Exactly. The Big 10 isn't an easy conference and he has won without any great players.

 

If making Brad Banks the AP player of the year a couple of years ago didn't make him a fantastic coach, this surely has.

 

Ferentz and Saban will be NFL bound.

Congrats to Iowa even though you put Michigan back into the Rose. Great season guys.....
