November 22, 200421 yr because they don't play as tough teams doesn't make them any less of a team. If the Oklahoma Sooners went undefeated in the WAC with the exact team they have currently, they'd be just as good, but a worse SOS. This is their chance to gain (Fritz's) respect.
November 22, 200421 yr and it seems like no schools want to play the Fresnos, Utahs or Boises... a few years ago the Fresno Coach was begging big conference teams to play them in their own stadium and no one had the balls to do it.

Utah absolutely crushed UNC whereas FSU just played a competent game and got a solid victory. I think the mid-majors need to be like FSU in the mid-80s and play some big-name OOC opponents. FSU played many games against great teams back then to bring them national prestige. Go on the road, beat the big boys in their house, and then ask for respect. Until then, don't complain about not getting any respect when you play SW NE Middle Texas Community College.
