I believe Giambi was clean for most of the 2000 season when he won his MVP. I do believe however that he started taking them near the end to help his MVP run, but I think he would have won it without him. And he is obviously clean now, just look at his dropoff in performance.

IMO steroids have done nothing but hurt GIambi.
