December 4, 200421 yr Well, someone had to say it after his 23-pt. performance on 10/13 shooting last night. Shaq and Laettner: together at last.
December 4, 200421 yr Author Udonis Haslem: 23 min., 2/4, 1/1 FT, 4 fouls, 0 blocked shots, 5 pts. Christian Laettner: 27 min., 10/13 (1/1 from 3-land), 2/2 FT, 3 fouls, 2 blocked shots, 23 pts. The rebounds I'll give you, but Brian Grant essentially did the same thing when he was here (and was a waste of space).
December 4, 200421 yr Wow. The stats for one night. Laettner had a great game. Sucky game for Haslem. But overall, give me Haslem.
December 4, 200421 yr The Heat have had the first three picks of the 1992 draft play for them now... :whistle
December 5, 200421 yr I think Laettner is better than Haslem, but Haslem is a much more gritty player, and without him in the lineup, shaq would be the only "tough" player in the starting frontcourt, since the Heat SF's (Butler and Person)are basically pure jumpshooters .
December 5, 200421 yr I don't think Shaq plays point 627143 He does every year in the allstar game .
December 5, 200421 yr The Heat have had the first three picks of the 1992 draft play for them now... :whistle 627071 And they'll be reunited in a few weeks, methinks.
