Aside from the wussy looking Marlin and the plain-jane hat, I really like the old uniform. The one AJ is wearing is just too Mets-like.

That sleeve patch is awesome. Would be nice to have that sleeve patch, very retro, like the one the A's have.

I saw Satchel Paige pitch.

My favorite thing ever is that 50,000 packed the Orange Bowl in the 50s once to see Paige pitch. Thats the coolest thing I've ever read.
