However, knowing that LaRussa can only pick two reserves and the rest are voted in by the players, I'm confident in saying that Kent will not get voted in, and that Castillo's presence as the reigning Gold Glove Second-baseman for two consecutive years will increase his chances. And, with Cabrera and Delgado behind him, he's going to have a ton of runs-scored by the break, that could be the tie-breaker (if his superior defensive ability isn't already) if Castillo/Giles/Vidro all have a BA above .300 (and Loretta's voted in).
