March 19, 200521 yr Author Well just an update, I sent the photo back to him because he said he would exchange it when he received it and the shmuck e-mails me saying the photo is ruined and he was planning on framing it up... we no s*** sherlock, I already told you the photo was trashed, why the hell else do you think I would be sending it back to exchange it for NON-DAMAGED one? Well now he's trying to get me to call FedEx and file a damage claim when this entire mess is clearly his fault, he just doesn't want to lose the money. What do you recommend I do?
March 21, 200521 yr Being a collector myself, I honestly think you should stop buying on ebay. Im going to assume money isint a concern for you. There are plenty of quality site online(or stores too) that sell great pieces and assure satisfaction. Dish out some more money if you got to, but at least your assured of what you want. Just my two cents.
