I have these two trees in my front yard. One has entered into the state of Spring and is getting these new leaves. The other? No not yet. Why such a difference?

Images will be posted soon.

That's probably just normal. Remember trees are different from one another like people. Give it some time, I'm sure it will come back. Maybe lack of rain lately can be a factor also.
