OF Abe Nunez I've been told that Lowell will be put on the 15 day-DL and Nunez will get the call. IMO if thing don't go well with Nunez. The Marlins will make a strong push and get R.White out SD. Nunez will be rotating with Hollandworth in LF.

 

*side note After a strong showing in the Futures Game RHP D.Bautista has continued that effort back in AA. D.Bautista went 7IN allowing 3H 1R 1BB and 11K's to go 4-0 with a 1.82 ERA. This kid is the future no question about it.

 

**on the bad side RHP Don Levinski was taken out in 3IN after allowing no H's and taken the lose by allowing 4BB adn 2R:blink:

I remember last year when he came he struggled and didn't get many hits.

 

But i'd like to see Rondell white in a marlins uni.

In 18 games at AAA, Nunez is hitting .394, 4 hr, 15 rbi, batting .500 (15-30) in his last 8 games. He has struck out 15 times, walked 8 times, and has only made one error. His slugging % is .667, on-base % is .447, giving him an OPS of 1.114.

Nunez needs to come up regardless of Lowell being out or not.

 

 

If Lowell is out its easy to switch them.

 

 

If Lowell is ok, Cabrera needs to be sent down.
