Yeah, let's give the bullpen a full month to gel. By then some trade options (coming and going) will have opened up.

 

Spooneybarger is a very good option, better than Lightenberg and half the arms in the 'pen. It will take some time to return from Tommy John surgery, but Burnett came back fast and Spooney won't need a starter's endurance. Then there's Frank Castillo, Ben Howard, Randy Messenger and Nate Bump and Brian Moehler in AAA and a bunch of good arms in AA.

I meant when he gets sent down, along with Bump. When Reidling comes off the DL or whatever (hopefully the Marlins realizing the benefits of a 14th batter over a mop-up reliever).
