Posted May 15, 200520 yr Im thinking about going out and getting the IPod mini.. But my question is, Do you need to have (and pay for) ITunes to upload songs into the IPod? Or can use things such as Musicmatch or type of media players?
May 15, 200520 yr iTunes is the only program you can use to upload songs on to your iPod. It comes free with the iPod. BTW, if you are going to shell out the money for the mini, go all the way and get the full 20GB version.
May 15, 200520 yr If you want, you can download iTunes already on apple's website and get used to it before you buy the iPod.
