June 13, 200521 yr Um, that's nice...I don't know if that even qualifies as news. Yes, the prosecution did a lousy job in this case, but there just wasn't enough evidence to begin with. I'm surprised the case went to trial. With a major lack of substantial evidence, the jury is more likely to side with the defense.
