Around the Horn

Featured Replies

They just had a topic on Around the Horn asking if DW can jump-start baseball interest in south florida and make the Marlins work here. Blackistone and Mariotti both said yes citing the walkup crowds when DW pitches, that idiot Paige said no way and went on to rant about the purple-haired people (?), elderly, Cubans not coming out to the games and about PPS being the worst stadium. Mariotti vehemently defended us and even talked about Broward, Palm Beach and said Paige didnt know anything about who lives in south florida. Holley said no to the question, but for a different reason, said if we continue to win, well continue to draw well, its not only DW.

Woody Paige is a horrible Sports Analyist...Notice he's always the first person to be eliminated.

Mariotti and Holley are good.

Paige is the most bias analyst to ever grace this planet. He is just angry because the Rockies suck year after year... and the Marlins who came into the league the same time have already won the World Series and are contending for the Wild Card again this year.
