I feel bad that both Gonzalez and Delgado were left out, but I'm glad that we will be well represented at the All-Star Game

I would have liked to have seen Delgado go, but overall I'm happy with the selection.

 

Gonzalez and Beckett have also had strong years and were worthy of consideration, although of course with fan voting and all-team representation their chances were slim.

 

I'm especially happy about Luis because he's been kind of an unsung hero the past couple of seasons, it's good to see him get the recognition as one of the elite 2Bs in the game.

of all the picks the Castillo one makes me smile the most, i'm always happy when he gets the recognition he deserves, cause with pierre, cabera, delgado, lo duca and Lowell allways in the spotlight, it allways makes me happy to see louie get his time in the sun too and he deserves it as much as anybody on the team
