I simply just think that it was the pressure his mom added, and as for the allstar game could have been nervousness and the other starts are the bad ones. But don't worry I think he will come through.

first, he got shelled before the ASG and that probably costed him being the starter.

 

He does bad on the west coast when family and friends are in attendance.

I remember my best day of pitching as a starter was when my parents were out of town in Hawaii. I don't remember ever feeling pressured by them, but maybe it did relax me a bit knowing they weren't watching.
