August 31, 200521 yr I'm trying to create a new thread/poll in the Other Sports forum and anytime I click on "New Poll" I get this error: Board Message Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. The error returned was: You cannot start a poll I was able to make poll's a few days ago? :confused :mischief2
August 31, 200521 yr I was able to make poll's a few days ago? :confused :mischief2 923366[/snapback] Impossible. Polls have been turned off for the Members group since August 11th. There was an influx of polls that were spam. Posts that could've been topics were made into polls and created spam filled threads instead of discussions. I'd give an example but it's pretty self explanatory what I mean... To limit the amount of these, only VIPs, Supporters, Mods, and Admins can currently make create polls. This policy may change in the future but this is how it is for the time being.
