After watching that clip a couple of times I noticed the throw came to the foul side of the base path and Snow also came down that side (obviously as you round third you'll be on the foul side) but if he had adjusted and slid on the fair side rather than looking for the collision he may have had a better chance to make it home safe. Sux for him
