What is the update on Jonsey? ARe the Marlins officially letting him go in FA or will they give him an offer? Haven't heard anything on him with all the other trade talk and hot stove stuff going on...

    I have no update just a thought i think it would be good if the marlins brought Jones back. It would give them an experienced closer and a an "old" guy to teach the young guys how it is done. I wouldnt be suprised despite the massive payroll cuts if Jones gets offered a contract BUT Jones wants to play for a winner , he wants to make the playoffs and the marlins probably dont give him the best chance to do that. My guess is he will sign with the Braves :(
