That's Not FSU

Featured Replies

I never thought in my life I would see such a bad FSU team.

Drew Weatherford should not be playing. At least Kyle Wright at Miami has matured and is playing a little better than that first week.

Coached by Bobby Bowden. Check.

Maroon and Gold uni's. Check.

Indian chanting. Check.

It's FSU. They had a bad year and mediocre players. *shrugs* It happens. It's not that shocking.

In our lifetime FSU hasn't been this bad in awhile....when the last time they lost 4 in a row because they got NO shot against Tech

They have really good players. They've had top 5 recruiting classes like 4 straight years. It's just bad coaching, poor conditioning, and no discipline.

FSU is gonna suck until Bobby retires, Jeffy gets fired, and Mickey Andrews quits. They need a house cleaning in the worst way. The only one that shold stick around is Kevin Steele.

FSU just looks like a program searching for an identity, which shouldn't be happening when you've had the same head coach for about 30 years.

They have no direction on offense. THey have an underachieving defense.

Booker and Washington are studs. Yet they do nothing.

I've just never seen such a poorly executing FSU team, and never thought I would.

Boy was the FSU fan in front of me pissed off at me.

FSU has a tremendous pool of talent...but for some reason, they aren't clicking. I think the Xaiver Lee fanatics may have gotten to Weatherford, and who knows what's going on in the locker room...

I do know that I went to the home games this year, and as a student at FSU, I can tell you first hand that this, indeed, is not FSU.

Next year will be better--guaranteed. All the youngsters will have more experience.

Yeah, but it's not shocking. Good teams have gone bad and Bobby Bowden has choked before. This is just the first time in a long time (ever, in my lifetime) that they've just been bad.

But, the point I'm making is this happens. It's starting to happen with Michigan. And there are a couple of other good teams that this has happened to (Penn State in the past). I mean, I guess I understand FSU fans being shocked, but as an outsider looking in and living through one or two Cooper seasons that went south and where we (the Buckeyes) had "lost our way," it just doesn't shock me.

Penn State had a couple of rough years and now look at them. If Joe PA turned it around I am sure Bowden can as well
