December 13, 200520 yr Montgomery hit with two-year ban Former world 100m record-holder Tim Montgomery and fellow US sprinter Chryste Gaines, were given two-year bans on Tuesday for doping offences. The bans were announced by the Court of Arbitration for Sport following a US federal investigation into the Balco laboratory in California. Neither sprinter, who were Balco clients, tested positive for drugs. December 14, 200520 yr Amazing how they are incurring bans based on "evidence" rather than a positive test. I don't even see how that is legal or enforceable.
